a. Slaughterhouse

The Slaughterhouse of Umingan is situated in Barangay Lauren with an area of 172.5 square meters. It is equipped with facilities and devices for butchering animals, animal cages, separate for hogs and cattle. It has an abundant water supply for washing and cleaning animals and it has lavatory for chopping meat. A meat inspector is in-charge in monitoring whether animals butchered pass all examinations and whether condemned or not. It has also maintenance personnel who does the cleaning and dumping of the waste generated.

b. Farm-to-Market Roads

This will ensure the sustainable development on trade and business in the municipality.
